We’re an online seller, and we don’t have any physical store at the moment. You can pay a visit and purchase from our authorized distributor.
Unfortunately, we don’t have that option.
We ensure good quality packaging with the use of thick bubble wrap upon each item. However, if you find that our packaging does not meet the criteria and causing the item damaged, please submit to us the following details
- A photo of the damaged product.
- Your order number or the email address you used when you placed the order.
Also please read our return and refund policy.
Please allow us to investigate with our courier partner before we proceed for an exchange of items.
